Low plants have attractive narrow, shiny, bluish green leaves that form low mats. Dense spikes of narrowly bell shaped blossoms grace the plants from late spring to fall. 'Margarita BOP' (not a reference to 1950s dance, but rather to "bottom of porch", where it was discovered as a chance seedling at Las Pilitas Nursery) produces plants that are quite full and floriferous, with bright blue flowers.
