License plate signs by Karen Griley and daughter Rose Ellis of the Plant Foundry. Based out of the beautiful southern California town of Cambria, Karen can be found selling her work every Saturday afternoon at the Morro Bay Farmer’s Market. She searches for old wood boards from old farm houses to falling fences so they can be recycled and repurposed into something joyful and new. Together the pair cuts woods and license plates and get to assemble colorful creations with play with different themes for words."The inspiration comes from expression through color.
