January brings the arrival of our 2019 bare-root fruit trees, roses, and small bare-root fruits and vegetables. With our orders shipping the first and second week in January, it’s best to give us a call at 916-917-5787 for updated ETAs. All of our bare-root fruit trees and roses are sold potted, in a custom Plant Foundry soil blend with slow-release fertilizer. Potting our plants from the moment we get them protects their delicate root systems and allows for planting at the optimum time, when winter soil is dry enough to dig without harming soil structure.
